About Lindsey Baldwin
Lindsey Baldwin is an LICSW, counselor, mindfulness/self-compassion coach and is newly obsessed with learning about somatic awareness. She considers herself a recovered struggling teen, and is an advocate for mothers, and relates intimately to both these populations in a very connected way. She finds herself personally and professionally on a radical body empowerment and body compassion journey. She enjoys supporting teens and women and helping them push their capacities and beliefs in themselves.
Lindsey has worked as a wilderness therapist, a stay-at-home-mother, a Peace Corps Volunteer, an advocate for women and children affected by trauma, in private practice, as a school counselor, and as a nature pre-school assistant. She is an avid outdoor adventurer, enjoys hiking and camping, exploring, and time with her dog and family. She can also be found with her nose stuck in a book.
